Lens37 helps consumer brands get discovered, accurately represented and recommended by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. I co-founded the company and designed and built the product myself, with AI as my engineering team.
Shoppers increasingly ask an AI assistant what to buy before they ever visit a brand's website. The assistant answers with whatever it has found, right or wrong: old claims, outdated prices, even a competitor's product in the brand's place. Most brands have no idea what is being said about them.
Give brands a clear view of how AI sees them, what it gets wrong, and exactly what to do about it. Clear answers and clear next steps, not another score to stare at, for operations, product compliance and legal teams as much as marketing.
I didn't start in a design tool. Every idea went straight into working software, designed and coded with AI, so the first thing anyone saw was something they could actually use. The design thinking hasn't gone anywhere. It just shows up in the product instead of in a file.
Behind the public site is a full platform I built on my own: secure sign-in, separate accounts for each brand, AI pipelines that check what leading assistants say about a brand, and a growing suite of automated tests. Security came first, with each brand's data kept separate and access locked down by default.
Because the product is real from the start, testing is too. People use it, I watch where they get stuck, and fixes often go live the same day. Build, test, learn, rebuild, in days rather than months.
Lens37 is already working with select brands, so I'm not sharing its internal screens publicly. I'm happy to walk you through the product live. Just message me on LinkedIn, or see the public site at lens37.com.
